First Name Gender Processer is a very helpful program for mailings in order to correct and complete lists where the salutation is missing and the correct gender is unknown. Based on a database of over 180'000 first names, the program is able to automatically assign the correct gender to a name and determine the direct correct salutation for mailing lists.

With First Name Gender Processor, names can be analyzed and contained parts of names can be separated. In addition, mixed name parts can be separated in an intelligent way and stored separately, such as first names, last names, titles (Prof., Dr.), prefixes (Mr., Ms.) and suffixes (II, III, IV, Junior). The input is an Excel table that contains the names to be processed in a column. The output of the name parts found can be put into the same table or into a separate Excel table. The corresponding source and target columns can be set flexibly.There is no need to upload confidential data to any websites. The program runs on the user's PC under Windows and processes Excel tables.
