integration almost completely lacking or not working properly -Calendar integration :( -Task integration :( Zapier is used but i personally dont like the zapps requires me to do care to much about were I input tasks.. i want input to not matter, my android task app or apple reminders, there is already workflow for that which this app could use to make a perfect workflow and dashboard station

Great workstation app with a excellent overview and feeling of control, maybe even best in class, lacks in integration with default apps (task, calendar), dislike zapier options not well thought through

Pros
I love that information can be accessed on mac, windows and IOS. Finally a product that is cross platform I love having not just tasks and projects but contacts and calendar in one product. It is wonderful to have the linking of everything so that it is easier to see who and what is involved.
Cons
Synchronization is quick but can take a while for older items to appear on each platform.

Syncing is cloud based only. It would be a nice addon if mobile clients could open and modify pgco shared folders, via SMB, for example.

Pros
Excellent contacts section. Cross tagging. Highly searchable. Projects easy to manage. Adding contacts to projects. Fast information entry. Easy to learn keyboard shortcuts.
Cons
Android app rather weak. Too little space given for syncing to mobile device. Wish I could organize notes the same as tasks/lists.
Summary
I have been looking for a reasonably priced client management system for quite some time. When I found Pagico (never had heard of it before), it seemed to be mainly a project manager. The reviews I found were all positive, so I gave it a try -- wow, glad I did!! Not only is a good project manager, but I am happily surprised at its Contacts section, which allows for easy tracking of conversations, quotes, contact info, files, etc., with clients. I am still learning to use its features, but finding it quite useful so far. I truly wish it had a good syncing feature with a mobile device. From my understanding, it is limited to only 100mb -- really??? Come guys, that's data storage from the 1990's! Also a pain to "add" items to be synced...but with so little storage, I'm not really using the feature much at all. It lost 1/2 a star for its lack of syncing. Overall, recommended!!
