Average product with dismal support

Pros
The software is average, it does the job but there are far better products out there.
Cons
Support is dismal, had an issue upgrading to version 5 in which the backup file was not supported. Numerous emails sent, some without response, some very rude and some stating the obvious with no intention of sorting out the issue. I bought the product based on some favorable reviews which I believe were self fabricated
Summary
Do not waste your money. Do some research and try other logbooks offering a trial version
