Diet Counter is a database application that helps the dieter track their nutritional intake by detailing each meal during the course of the day. A food database stores the nutritional values of each food product. Each food item has a serving quantity applied to each meal and the sum total of all nutritional properties is presented in an easy to read table showing total calories, carbohydrates, fat, sugar, cholesterol, Weight Watchers Points, fiber, sugar alcohols, and net carbs. The food database is expandable and the number of users is unlimited which means several people in a household can collaborate on building the food database.
