This program behaves nothing like it states it will. It's seems just like having an online diary that will keep track of how much you life stinks. Sorry but this one is a pure poop.

everything! It simply doesn't work.

It won't accept any date, and if you can't give a date, the program doesn't work. If CBT works as good as that program does, CBT will create more depressed people instead of happy people. Because, you try and retry to give the exact date, but it always says you're giving a wrong date. Even if you do it exactly like it says, it doesn't work. Stupid thing!! There isn't even a de-install button...

I NEED this pgm after trying to LOAD this pgm!!! It kept giving me a "source file not found" error. Went to their site, downloaded all .dll, .exe, etc... files, and still no go. Emailed them - will see what happens... so far, would NOT recommend downloading this....

I have been invoved in research for health psychology studies that use techniques almost the same as this product. There is enough flexibility and enough prescriptive questions to probe as deeply as you want. Preliminary research shows that identifying emotions, facing the fears, looking at the positiives and then steps forward is an excellent strategy that can improve physical and psychological health. I also love the feature that allows you to track what you've done. And it's free!!!! I encourage you to try it out and REALLY answer the questions. The best advice you're gonna get is stuff you learn yourself so go for it.

Installed and ran in a jiffy on a PC running XP Pro. The only difficulty I had was that the program wouldn't accept today's date so I had to change it. Idea is interesting, different from most other software.
This product is horrible.
