This application generates binaural beats for the purpose of stimulating brain waves, though more creativity could have been put into its design. Binaural Brainwave Stimulator's humdrum interface is flooded with a host of outdated buttons for creating and modifying loops. The samples are easy to play, but modifying them or creating your own requires some work, particularly since the program lacks in-depth guidance. Unlike similar applications, you won't be able to import sound files for creating your own loops. In our tests, the program generated some errors, which didn't impact performance but were something of a nuisance. Novices will be put off by Binaural Brainwave Stimulator's unappealing design, while more advanced users will probably want more functionality than this app has to offer.
