Appandora gives you a quick way to download rogue iOS apps without jailbreaking your device. It's a little boring to look at and requires iTunes to work, but it gets the job done. If you've got your eye on an app that isn't available from the iTunes store, this download will help you get it on all of your iOS devices.

Though Appandora does let you download apps right to your iOS gadgets, you'll still need a version of iTunes to make it work. Once you have both programs, the app automatically reads any connected gadgets and recognizes them in a matter of seconds. The program doubles as an app market with hundreds of games, though some of them are already available to you in the iTunes store. Downloading and installing a game works just like it would with a desktop program: you choose the game and download it, and it installs all by itself. The program doesn't take long to download most games and will use the full speed of your computer's Wi-Fi connection. Appandora includes an easy-to-understand tutorial that tells rookies exactly what they need to do to get their app of choice downloaded onto their phone or tablet. In addition, it works as a device manager so you can easily sync media files between your iOS device and PC.

There's not much to this application once you get past its app market, but that's more than enough to merit the download.
