The NCPMobile app performs the same functions as the traditional handheld scanner used by panel members.NOTES: - Only authorized panelists are permitted to login and use the app.- The app requires access to your camera for the purpose of scanning bar codes (absolutely no other data is collected). iOS8 users: view Settings > Privacy > Camera to confirm access is granted.
