Planning a wedding is tough enough without having to set up a budget spreadsheet, a guest database, and your own seating chart from scratch. Save yourself time and aggravation with iDo Wedding Couple Edition, which includes a bevy of tools to manage your special day, all within a convenient and intuitive Web-style interface.
A friendly home page offers easy links to your wedding checklist, budget, invitation list, RSVP status, vendors, gifts, and events. Once you delve into any specific function, the rest are accessible via "Links" in the left-hand navigation. You can easily adapt the program to your needs, such as tweaking the roles in the wedding party and tracking out-of-towner's flight information. You also can print more than 100 reports on every aspect of your wedding.
Your checklist lets you quickly see which items need attention, and your budget file continuously tracks what percentage of your money you've spent and how. You can import wedding invitees from your Outlook contacts or Excel CSV files. The included help documentation is comprehensive, and an extensive video tour on the Elm Software Web site walks you through almost every facet of the program. "The best wedding program out there"
Pros: Extremely easy to use. Absolutely loved the seating chart feature. And it's stored on my local machine, so there's no way any company could access my guestbook.

"Excellent product, excellent support"
Pros: Incredibly useful product that makes it very easy to stay organized. Thinks of all the details so you don't have to.
I had one small tech support question and received an email response from the software company's owner within hours. Try that with Microsoft and Excel!

Pros: Everything you need...all in one crisp and efficient package. iDo has it all (budget, vendor, gifts, RSVPs, contacts, attendees...just to name a few). All with an incredibly intuitive and easy navigation.
We especially liked the ability to track our invitations, track our budget, as well as design our personalized seating chart.
The reporting and printing functionality are also top-notch.
iDo truly has it all. It takes the stress and frustration out of wedding planning. We highly recommend it to any wedding couple.
Cons: There are none.

"Incredible! Easy to use, and includes everything you could want."
Pros: My fianc�©e and I are using iDo to help plan our wedding. Importing the contact list from a spreadsheet was quick and easy. I really liked the how it helped layout all the common tasks, and when we need to take care of different items.
We looked around at the different planning software and nothing else even came close to providing the features, with ease of use, for such an inexpensive price.
I have nothing bad to say about this product.
