"Awsome product. Super EASY to use. Very fast and reliable. Mac & Windows !!!"
Pros: East, Fast, High quality. Does everything I need: I can invite up to 10 other people, free telephone conference bridge, annotation, change presenters, private and public chat. And best of all, it's free forever. The is the app I've been waiting for!!!

Version: Yugma FREE Web Conferencing - Easy - Windows - Mac 1.9.5
Pros: It is exactly what I needed to figure out what was going wrong with a family member's computer, rather than driving half an hour I only spent five minutes looking at her screen . A real time saver, and free!
Cons: I wish I could control other people's cursors but that feature costs $100 per year, the free service is really good though.

"Free version users have to register"
Cons: If one uses the free version, all users have to register with Yugma. I find this unnecessary and annoying. especially if I have to ask people I do not know very well to register in order to watch the web session I like to show them.
If I am the one holding the session, I should be able to provide the access to the viewers with minimal effort and engagement. Yugma in its free version does not allow me to do this.

"All the functionallity at a fraction of the cost"
Pros: The free version is very powerful and will fit the needs of most users. If you do need the added features of the pro version, you can't beat the price. Competitor prices are 5 times more and don't give you any more functionallity. During a year, that savings is huge. During my tests, attendees to my meeting saw no appreciable delay even with reduced bandwidth rates on my end. Superior functionallity and feature set. I highly recommend this product and have already told my friends.
Cons: None so far, this product has far exceeded all my expectations.
