Computers inevitably accrue a mass of unwanted and unused files that eat up system resources and reduce system stability. Uninstalling these items can be an arduous task, but Your Uninstaller 2006 simplifies the process considerably.
The interface is attractive and handy, whether you run in Basic or Pro mode. We prefer Pro, which provides additional features for organizing your start-up items, contextual menus, and temporary files, and lets you drag and drop a program's icon to the uninstaller's icon to remove the program. The utility provides a far more comprehensive list of installed software than the standard Add/Remove Programs feature in Windows, and it removes programs more rapidly and thoroughly. It quickly scans for unnecessary files without taxing system resources. It can clean up files and Registry keys that past uninstalls have left behind; it can even uninstall itself.
Your Uninstaller 2006 would suit casual users more than serious system tweakers, but it manages the process of uninstalling programs efficiently and intuitively.

From URSoft :Your Uninstaller! 2006 can remove programs that Windows standard Add/Remove Program can not remove even if they do not appear in the list while requiring no much computer knowledge. It tracks the uninstallation and remove any traces like registry keys,values and orphan files after uninstallation. Version 5.0.0.361 adds minor bug fixes.

Pros: I'm going to stick with this application. It has a great, user friendly GUI that shows installed programs with icons. It lists new installs by highlighting them as new. It does a respectable, safe cleanup of left over files and registry keys and unlike a couple other uninstall utilities, has never damaged my system. It's compatible with both "XP" and "Vista" and this release has improved it's knowledge of a "Vista" operating systems registry. The program updates run smooth and come often and although it leaves behind a file behind on occasion, I think it's the best bet in it's class.
Cons: Occasionally, it leaves something behind on cleanup.

"One of the best uninstallers so far"
Pros: I have tried several other uninstallers from CNET and I have to say that this program is the best so far. It has the ability to remove so many difficult programs that can't be removed by regular windows uninstaller. I will most likely purchase this one as soon as I can. It has some other features like cleaning junk files, start up program control, repair corrupted programs.
Cons: That there isn't a free version.

"I have tried numereous free & try before you buy this is the BEST in my opinion"
Pros: I am not computer literate other than turn on and off, but I do recognize what works and what does not. I had a program that reminded be of some employees in the past, could not get it to work nor could I fire it. Everything I tried came up empty. This Product got the Job done and I am very impressed. I must commend their Support section ALSO they were very helpful and gave me instruction in language I could understand and implement. With their instruction, I was up and running in no time. Problem Solved. Thanks, FGW

Pros: This is the best program of its type I have used. Not only does it effectively remove the program but it also removes all residual traces of the programs you delete which does not happen with similar software.
Cons: It's not free but it's worth the price because it does as advertized.
