Wondershare PPT2Flash Professional is a PowerPoint plug-in that allows users to convert PowerPoint slideshows into multimedia Flash presentations. The program integrates seamlessly into PowerPoint and adds several useful features.
The program's interface consists of an extra tab in the PowerPoint menu bar that looks like it could be original to PowerPoint. Its functions are neatly arranged with buttons. The program comes with its own built-in Help file, which could stand to be a little more detailed, but isn't bad. For the most part, the program's functions are intuitive, especially for users who are already familiar with PowerPoint. Users can edit the presentation's template and slide structure and insert a variety of other media into the presentation, including Flash objects, attachments, and quizzes. We especially like how easy it is to record audio to go with a particular slide; users with built-in microphones can do this with just a couple clicks of the mouse and have it added to the proper slide automatically. The same is true of screenshots; users can easily capture content from another window and insert it into the presentation. Publishing the presentation is easy as well, and can be done in a variety of ways; users can save the presentation to their computer or publish it to an e-mail or LMS. Overall, we found the program quite easy to use and we appreciated the extra functionality it added to PowerPoint.
Wondershare PPT2Flash Professional is free to try, but the trial version puts a watermark on its output. The program installs and uninstalls without issues. We recommend this program to all users.
