Wireless Network Watcher is a small utility that scans your wireless network and displays the list of all computers and devices that are currently connected to your network. For every computer or device that is connected to your network, the following information is displayed IP address, MAC address, the company that manufactured the network card, and optionally the computer name. You can also export the connected devices list into HTML, XML, CSV, or text file, or copy the list to the clipboard and then paste into Excel or other spreadsheet application.
What's new in this version: Version 1.58 has fixed bugs.

Very easy to use and understand. I like that I can put familiar names of the devices in, so as to recognise them easily.
Cons
Wish there was an option to kick a device that is unwanted.

Should have the ability to recognise the users and to drop them if they are unauthorised. Also, need to be able to change the router password from within the program.

Super simple to use. The layout is also simply put together and simple to understand. You can make an HTML report on any IP address it detects. It beeps when someone else uses your wireless. Good software if privacy and wireless hijacking is a factor. It's a small utility and best of all it's free.
Cons
The avatar and layout could use a little modernization as it looks like something Windows XP left behind.
Summary
All in all this software does not stop anyone from jumping into your WI-FI. It simply let's you see who's getting a free ride on your WI-FI. Nevertheless it is useful if Privacy and Hijacking is a concern.
