Additionally, you can maintain notes, appointments, tasks, to-do lists, contacts, and passwords. It's designed with a tree-view-style interface, so viewing and sorting will be a breeze. You'll also find other useful features such as filters, dialing capabilities, and support for your default browser and e-mail client. Currently WinOrganizer supports 27 languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, and Russian.
Version 2.8 features automatic spell-checking, a thesaurus, automatic URL detection, and a ruler to set tabs and indents.

"Best Personal Information Manager"
Pros: Before this I used AgendaMsd. But It disappointed me in a way that it wipe my some data every time I opened this software. Then I searched again and find this one. After comparsion with other pim. I found this is a nice PIM & I am satisfied with him

"One major flaw that ruins the product"
Pros: Great combination of information manager and to-do list/scheduler.
Cons: It would be nice if the scheduler module has a calendar-like interface, to make it easier to visualize and manage your time.
Now, THE major flaw: The default alarm sound comes from the PC speaker, and not the audio speakers. The PC speaker sound is very loud and annoying on most computers. For each item, you have to manually change the sound to something more pleasant sounding. This makes an otherwise great product very cumbersome to use as a scheduler. Why not have a simple setting that allows this? Too bad, but I'll keep looking for a better product.

Summary: There's little WinOrganizer can't do, but it's especially strong when accurately importing and exporting items and outlines to other programs. It's an affordable, efficient solution to one's daily needs for info at the tip of your fingers.

"Many features, easy to use, pleasing & comprehensive layout."
Pros: Can manage events, tasks, contacts, passwords, notes, and keep a diary. Able to collect stuff from the web. More versatility than other similar programs.
Cons: Can't use your own images as a background, only able to change it to different colors. Can only import .txt & .rtf (& .csv on some instances) formats. Wish it could import html, .wab, & .ldif as well.
