From United Research Labs :Wave To Text is a speech-recognition dictation pad with a WAV-to-TXT converter. The dictation pad lets you convert your voice to text in real time, while the program's wizard enables you to convert your Windows Audio WAV files (speech recorded) offline. You may high-speed edit the converted text using a special editor that plays back every word you can mark for editing purposes. In addition, the text can be searched and easily cut, copied, and pasted into any application.
New features include improved WAV-to-TXT conversion, an improved interface, and a new recording tool.
