From Binarema :Customize your invoice templates from top to bottom, print your invoices quickly, and e-mail copies of them in PDF or JPEG. You will also be able to send any report by e-mail in HTML or to control your points of sale with this invoicing system, useful for individuals as well as for small companies. Volutive includes items, customers, vendors, invoices, delivery notes, quotes, purchase orders, and receipts. Both sales tax names and the way they are worked out can be customized for non-US users (special attention to Canadian taxes).

Version: Volutive 1.2.4
"A free product that does all it says"
Pros: I needed a business software product for my new mobile computer service business. This fits the bill nicely. It allows me to make changes and deletions without messing everything up. One of my customers needed a POS set up for their retail business. I got them a bar code scanner, they already have a cash drawer,and now they are inputting the data of their inventory. They are quite pleased. I give this software a very high rating especially for those of us who are not business majors. I especially like being able to email the invoice to my customers-- saves me $0.39 in postage. Read the manual to get a feel for the program. Create a mock business and play till you are comfortable. That is what I did. Delete the mock enterprise and create the real one and your are good to go.
Cons: Being service oriented, I have very little inventory. What little I do have is placed into the items DB and it works fine. I tried to create service items along with varying dollar amounts but could not get that to work so now I just manually enter the time and price and it works fine. Perhaps this "bug" has been worked out in the latest version. I will check and see. That is the only thing that I have found so far.

"This is too good to be free!"
Pros: I've been looking for invoicing softwares all over but this one took the cake. Its good, fast, easy and extremely customizable.
