Version: VisBiz 1.0.1
"Wow, very powerful file management tool"
Pros: best features include
- automatic document numbering (including insertion into email subject)
- automatic version control (I like that)
- ms office integration is great
- can see a lot of use for packages
- favourites will clean up your desktop
- Filter and Quick Find are excellent for retrieving documents once there are a few documents
- tag documents and right click Send To - Mail Recipients is pretty good
- lots of other document control goodies
Cons: Some things are not always obvious. You need to make time to read the documentation to really appreciate how good this tool is
- still looking at how variants works
- relational documents will be very useful once i look into it properly
- cant import the outlook address book
