Pros
Great tool for spamming. If that's what kind of clown you are.
Cons
Doesn't really schedule, just sends a list at intervals. Won't accept most punctuation, especially hashmarks. If your list of tweets has one error, it won't start. To call this crap would be an insult to crap.
Summary
Nice idea, but needs a LOT of work.

Pros
i like the idea of scheduling all your tweets in advance as many as you want.
Cons
The help file is not helpful really helpful. Was able to use the program a couple times and now my log in info is invalid and there is nothing that I did or am doing any different than when it was working. Tweets may not post.
Summary
The product features are good but need to be tweaked to work like it is hyped up to be an excellent tool for tweeting; this is not true. I spent $12 bucks for it so maybe it is like you get what you peds some work to be classified as an excellent twitter tool..

This product looks wonderful in theory.
Cons
I could not get Twitter Scheduler to work. It would verify my Twitter username and password as valid, yet when going to post a tweet it would state the login info as invalid.
Summary
A good idea if it worked, but it doesn't.
