"Bait n' Switch"

Pros: NONE AT ALL!

Cons: Bad information. This free download was not offered

Summary: Download.com needs to keep more of a track to the "correctness" of the downloads it offers!

Version: TurboTax Online 2008 1.0

"Bait and Switch scheme."

Pros: A very complete tax program and fairly easy to use

Cons: As soon as you start, you are committed. The price will continue to rise as you progress. Even the starting price can change since you pay at the end. I was promise a price of 29.95 when I started and ended up with a bill of 49.95.

Summary: I am so angry. I will never deal with these people again. Their customer service (from india) is not authorized to help you if it comes to monetary issues. You are on your own. Good luck !
