It installs easily, it will scan and let you know that you have drivers out of date, but almost all the drivers are that I scanned were not out of date.
Summary
This is probably some kind of scam, as the program scans, then if you try to download it makes you register. The only way to register is to fork out some money to purchase the program, of which no mention is made prior to the download that it will only do what it says IF you pay for it. Had "Free" ticked off in the search criteria. This software is junk, don't download it, don't pay for it.
When uninstalling this software, it leaves junk in your registry.

I tend trust CNET; however, this time, I saw nothing about a cost. This does nothing more than tell you that Toshiba software is out of date, then prompts you to register. There is not even a list of what driver's are outdated.
Summary
I then installed a Toshiba Upgrade Assistant, from Toshiba, that did not indicate any need for updates.
