"Awesome Program"
Version: Tiny DHCP Server 1.3
Pros
Allows you to run a DHCP server on a standalone PC. May not seem that important to most, but to someone sharing a WWAN connection on a PC to a wireless switch it's pretty spot-on!
Cons
There is no "save" button which felt odd just "closing" the program (only option available), however the settings stay, even after an exit and re-open.
To user who gave this a poor rating, read the "help" that was included with the software.Summary
Bottom line, if you need a DHCP server to run on a PC, this one is very small and lightweight.

Easy to install.
Cons
Impossible to use, can not set up computers/sessions. Asks for MAC address, errors when one is given. Without user manual, impossible to know why!
Other options allowing entry of IP address do not save as sessions or remote/networked computers.Summary
No manual, and not able to make it worth without one.
