As an application designed to help you record your billable hours, Timesheet Constructor offers fine functionality and decent reporting features, but has somewhat strained data-input capabilities, a limited charting feature, and a complete absence of any work-group features. The interface lacks information for the user, with many dialog boxes sporting no clear Save buttons, leaving you to hope the data you entered stays with the program when you close the window. Sometimes you press the doorway-depicted F12 button to exit a dialog box, and sometimes you press a checkmark button stand-in for F10 to save. You need to create a project with the Project Maintenance (F2) button to start using the program. However, that window opens up on the Categories/Customers tab, which might mislead you into thinking you need to enter client information first. Recording information on the time sheet is fairly easy, and predefining "Performances," which are the actual tasks being performed, makes it even easier.
Timesheet Constructor does a fine job of calculating hours worked on various projects against billable hour rates, and constructs reports displaying hours worked and costs by project and client. It exports time-sheet data to Excel, PDF, and HTML. Its charting utility doesn't display breakdowns by project or client, however, making it of limited usefulness. The program's lack of work-group features makes it suitable for individual use only.
Publisher's description
From Entrysoft :With Timesheet Constructor you can track your hours for one or many projects. The program facilitates easy data entry and overview with an Outlook-style planning system, a nice report system, and the ability to export to PDF, Excel, and HTML. The program uses a tray icon for fast entry, and it's possible to search the whole database, use custom dates, attach costs to an item, and use categories and customers, predefined actions, overlapping events, and language packs.

Version: Timesheet Constructor 4.2
Pros: Excellent program which allows me to track all my time without loosing to much time doing it. I get the reports I need by the end of the month.
Also very good customer support.
Cons: The graphic bar diagrams are a bit limited but I'm not using these very often.

Version: Timesheet Constructor 4.2
Summary: This was exactly what I was looking for, I don't need a timer that I need to start and stop whole day long, I just want to enter what I do and do it fast. Export to pdf and excel is great.
