A smart stopwatch is a must for consultants, freelancers, and other workers who bill by the hour. TimePanic aims to monitor how much time is spent on a given project, helping keep track of interruptions and multiple activities. The software has an interface that is immediately easy to grasp, and users can adjust what information is displayed on a PDA screen. However, the Pocket PC version provides relatively few options. Use of the full Windows version supports broader features, including project-management tools and the ability to distinguish between types of work. The portable version easily syncs with the full-blown Windows version, but people who want to work solely on their PDAs may want to look for a more advanced application elsewhere.Publisher's description
From TimePanic :TimePanic is a mobile time tracking solution for the self-employed, for small businesses, or just for anyone who works on a computer. It consists of a fully grown Windows application and a lightweight Pocket PC application. Both applications can track your hours on a per project basis, distinguish between billable and non-billable tasks, let you enter comments and can be easily synchronized via ActiveSync. The Windows application also lets you manage your absences such as annual leave or sick leave, calculates overtime and prints reports. Verson 2.4 redesigns user interface.
What's new in this version:
TimePanic for Windows: The user interface now follows the color scheme of Microsoft Office 2007. In-place editing of activities is now possible. Activities no longer have to be contiguous. Many more usability improvements. TimePanic for Pocket PC: The current project is now supported.
