From Avente :Thinking Rock is a Java-based software application for collecting and processing your thoughts, following the GTD methodology. Thinking Rock allows you to collect your thoughts and process them into actions, projects, information or future possibilities. Actions can be done by you, delegated to someone else or scheduled for a particular date. Projects can be organized with ordered actions and sub-projects.
You can review all of your actions, projects and other information quickly and easily to see what you need to do or to choose what you want to do at a particular time. Version 1.2.3 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: ThinkingRock 1.2.3
"Perfect at keeping track of tasks and projects!"
Pros: The program excels at keeping track of tasks and projects (tasks that have more than one item). The program is based on the overall Getting Things Done approach by David Allen (a very good time management approach). The application is also cross platform, so for those folks who are hemmed into a Windows shop at work and opt for the Mac world at home (there's more and more of those people these days), this application is very nice. Along with a very streamlined interface based on a proven time manangement technique, the application is FREE! I have been using the program for about three weeks on both Windows XP and Mac OS X (10.4.8) - I haven't had a crash or any strange behavior on either platforms. Stable, free and useful - not too bad!
Cons: I would sure like to see OLE support in future versions of the application. I would like the ability to embed graphics or files within the notes of the tasks/projects. I would also like to see some simple things like date and time stamp capability, secondary mouse click menu/shortcut support and file and/or URL link support for the notes. As well as the app has been put togehter so far, I imagine that future versions will work on things like these.
