Review the Results

Gain insight into the working styles of others
Receive suggestions on approaches to avoid and to consider based on your natural preferences and the way the other person prefers to work

Create Action Plans
Create individual Action Plans for improving your work relationships
Receive prioritized action items beginning with the easiest and most effective approaches to try
Add your own ideas for improving the relationship
Email the plan to yourself or others.
