From TERASENS :TERAVoice is a high-performance telephony platform for Windows that can implement any type of telephony application like voicemail, automated attendants, voice menus, waiting queues for call centers and custom IVR applications. TERAVoice can also act as a VoIP (Voice over IP) gateway for bridging calls from PSTN to H.323 terminals and computers for inbound and outbound calls. For special requirements TERAVoice can be programmed with VBScript, JavaScript, MS Visual Basic, MS Visual C++ and other COM capable programming languages. The system can be easily expanded by purchasing additional licenses for lines and call handlers.TERAVoice can be used with voice modems, professional analog and digital telephony boards and CAPI based ISDN devices.
