From 4Team :Sync2PST is a downloadable PC application that allows you to synchronize Microsoft Outlook PST files. Synchronizing automatically or manually any of your Outlook folders between two or more computers (Desktop PC and Laptop) has never been easier. Outlook sync can be made via shared .pst files located on the same PC, your network, USB flash or hard drives. In just a few clicks, you can sync important Outlook e-mails, tasks, journal entries, contacts, and calendar appointments, instead of copying all the data between computers. Sync2PST has been designed primarily as a personal synchronization tool, but you can also use this tool for synchronizing or sharing selected Outlook folders with your family, friends and co-workers. Sync2PST support .pst files synchronization for Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007.

"Helpful Outlook synchronization tool"
Pros: You can easily synchronize Outlook with one click.
Posibility to sync 2 PST files on one computer!Cons: By default product has sync filters. Had to contact support to find out.

Pros: 1. It is easy to use.
2. It has duplicate management system.
3. This program saved me a lot of time.
4. Program works even when MS Outlook is closed.Cons: It was quite confusing for me to understand what is PST file and how to set up program. However this company provides free support and answered all my questions.
Summary: I am using two computers (one home and one at work). For me it is very important to keep all information at the same place. Now that I have Sync2PST installed on both machines I just need to insert USB drive and click sync button. This program made ... read more >>

"Great tool to synchronize Outlook pst files."
Pros: It is easy to use if you know what is PST file and how it works with outlook. You can also use PST file as means to transport Outlook information from one computer to another, this is where this tools shines.
Cons: Requires some knowledge about pst files and some general computer knowledge to set up the way you need.
