From Golden Hills Software :SurveyEase is a program for building and then administering surveys and analyzing their results. It is designed for individuals and organizations that need to quickly create and conduct surveys over the Web, over the phone or with a printed questionnaire form. It provides point-and-click features for collecting and reviewing survey results. You can create Web-based survey forms that email responses directly to you. The program also integrates with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
There are no functional limitations to this full-featured version. The registration fee is $120.00.
