Summary
I was supprised of all the things that this software actually does and all the tools it has for only $5.00. I haven't found one anywhere that even compares to this tool. Great Buy! Great Product! Great Tool!

Summary
Sure it adds an entry to your registry, but its for upgrading information. The the mscoree.dll is installed with .NET. You really should know what your talking about when you give a bad review to an amazing tool. I've went through several subnetting programs and this is by for the most powerful with the most features.
