It will also automatically convert the data to MetaStock format if desired. Free data downloads are currently supported via the Yahoo! Finance and Wall Street City websites. The data files are stored in various formats and can be imported to your favorite stock technical analysis software for processing. Download events can be preset to automatically start each day."
