This customer relationship management (CRM) application helps keep track of dental patient information, treatment history, list of appointments, and billing information. Unlike many CRM tools, this is very well designed and easy to use, even for the most computer-phobic. Program windows are built similarly to standard patient forms, so dentists and dental technicians can easily "flip" through the various pages of a patient's record. In our testing, we had no problem accessing a record, then locating and marking on a realistic diagram which teeth are healthy, extracted, or diseased. You can print a bill or other communications with just a button click. Very stable and reliable, SmartDentist is a good choice for active businesses that want to move beyond the pounds of paper files filling up the office.
