"Easy to use, builds great shops & I get $ sales - Yes!"
Pros: I love how easy it is to put pictures of products in the shop. I run monthly specials for valued clients and it's easy to set the discounts for them under the customer membership accounts. If I have lots of particular stock left & want to run a special for a limited time I can set the time and forget about it. Adding products is simple and it's a bonus to be able to easily link products in cross-sales promotions.
Cons: I don't have any IT knowledge and I had to ask their support a few questions about getting my shop on the web, cause I didn't understand what they'd written in the help section. They answered clearly enough.

"The greatest tool I have ever seen to create a webshop"
Pros: What I like most about this product is how easy it is to setup a shop, and changing the layout to meet my needs. Also the great Import Tool has saved me a lot of time.
I love the image handling features of the software. It automatically creates a thumbnail and large image of the images you add to the shop. You do not even have to optimize them for the web. Just connect your camera to your PC and insert the new images straight from your camera into ShopFactory

"Great tool to build online shops"
Pros: I like the flexibility and control the software gives me . The interface is intuitive and easy to use. Building my initial webstore was very fast. The import function allowed me to import all the product data from my Excel files quickly into Shop Factory and than uploading it onto my own webspace was easy with no set up required . The extensive discount functions are great and makes the various promotional activites I have planned straight forward. I just like using this comprehensive package to build and maintain my web store easy.
Cons: I had some minor problems with the initial version ( Version 6.2 )handling some of the images. The support was very helpful and all the issues very resolved in the next update.

Pros: it was easy to setup to begin with as i have used the free version of shop 4 several years ago. However, after paying for the new shop 6, there it worked but once the product list start to reach 100 and more it it gives an error. all the data go to waste and we have to start again.
