Version: ShareCalendar 2.71.0299
"Works well for small business"
Pros: Calendars sync with little interaction. The price is right and it is fairly easy to setup.
Cons: The more users you add the harder it seems to keep calendars in sync. We have 4 licences and they work great for scheduling appointments but when an appointment is cancelled or removed from a calendar the person MUST SEND a cancellation notice at that point or the item will not get removed from anyone elses and its hard to reconcile it later. And removing reocurring appointments causes issues to. We have learned to ALWAYS send a notice for anything we change in our calendars. I would recommend this for a small group of 3 or less.
