Publisher's description
From Eastern Star Software :This auto-suggesting, intelligent, 20-user text-processor is just great for typing in the skeletal, basic text material into the PC. Whenever one types the first few (2 or more) letters of a long word (or of a familiar phrase/ clause), SB tries to intelligently guess the intended word/ phrase etc. and displays that auto-suggestion on the screen. When guessed by SB correctly, the user needs to just press Insert/ Alt key to get the auto-suggestion auto-typed. Newer auto-suggestions are even auto-learnt from the user's written texts. Defining & using up to 10,000 3-key shorthands is also possible. In addition to English & European fonts, SB similarly fast-types even in South-Asian (Bengali/ Hindi) fonts with auto-formation of conjunct consonants (juktakshar-s). SB exports its typed text in the form of HTML-output, which may be copied using any Internet-browser into any word-processor (for final use). Version 5.7 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes. Types upto 30x2 lines/session for unlimited time.

Version: Shabda-Brahma Word-Storm Processor (SB) 5.7
"Just saved my USD 16: I'll just use this auto-typing marvel - no need to buy!"
Pros: It has already been a very fast typist with clever multilingual auto-text & shorthand, but in free version 5.4 the free-users restrictions were too hindering, and I was considering buying it. Thank God, that's no more the case with ver-5.7: I now no need buy it, but will just use it everyday to type in English & Bengali! About 'pros', I last wrote:
The dynamic, never-tired doublets of auto-suggestions (auto-texts) in SB, an auto-modified set of tens of thousands dependent on your recent (& ancient) typing-history, must be revelations for PC-users mostly unaccustomed to this new-millennium facility. But even for me, familiar with IntelliEdit & NoteTab offering dynamic 5-6 auto-texts, SB is great for the user-freedom of deciding whether to let or not let SB learn auto-texts; so that it won't keep learning all your typos & tease you. In addition, this is the only one package found by me where I can easily & fruitfully use & teach & use shorthand abbreviations as well!. For people like me writing non-English texts as well, it's simply a godsend as I am never flooded with nonsensical English auto-texts while I am typing in Bengali!
Cons: The user-interface (green background etc.) is somewhat unfamiliar, as if made by an extra-terrestrial. But even if it is made by an ET (it seems in their own programming language), the ET (actually just a fellow Indian, I recently found out) has taken a lot of care to make it user-friendly for us humans. Thank you, ET!

"It's excellent as an autolearning-autotext typist, even better for non-English!"
Pros: The autolearning-autotext feature has been excellently useful for even the general, non-literary, personal use by me. The shorthand also works fine and becomes helpful (when you're alert enough!). The recommended hindi-marathi free font is a very good selection, and its fine onscreen keyboard feature has greatly helped me to practice writing in Hindi! Thank God, the boring EULA auto-appears no more, neither is the present 30x2 lines limit not that bad. I should now instead say that there may exist not only free breakfast, but some free (say, vegetarian) lunch as well. I do hope Indians, Nepalis, Bangladeshis etc., and others also, gets informed about it soon, so as to exploit this marvel free of cost!
Cons: I feel we'd have liked to quit SB by simply clicking the outermost close (X) button, not only after saving as is the case now, but before saving as well. (Anyway, doesn't matter much, isn't it?)
