This program helps you make sense of chaos. Schedule It has some kinks, but overall it's a functional management-resource application that offers an abundance of features.

It's best-suited to managers who need to keep track of complex projects, staff assignments, meetings, or conferences. A convenient report function allows you to review schedules and print out easy-to-read documents detailing your plans. Schedule It also includes a feature that will automatically e-mail any or all participants if a certain project changes. It's handy that the application contains several viewing modes, so you can quickly access the information you need.

Though it's feature rich, Schedule It is not completely intuitive. As such, we were happy to find a comprehensive help file that walks you through the program and through some of the more sticky parts. For busy managers who need serious help organizing a complex world, the trouble, we think, is worth it.
