CNET Editors' review
Duoserve's ScheduFlow Online is a comprehensive Internet-based scheduling software package that is suitable for businesses as well as individuals. It can manage everything from contacts and appointments to teams and projects. You can even book appointments directly from it. It uses the latest cloud computing technology as well as SSL encryption to securely park your data on the Internet, where you and your team members can access it remotely without having to worry about server security and access.
This is a large software package, and you must first download the program's own downloader to access the 44.6MB executable file. A full Windows installer makes the process easy, though. You must create and register an account the first time you use the program. The main interface is colorful yet businesslike and efficient, with a layout similar to the paper desktop calendars it's designed to replace, only with many more features. There's a full file menu, including a fully indexed and searchable Windows-style Help file that makes quick work of explaining ScheduFlow Online's many powerful yet easy-to-use features. You can view schedules in Day, Week, Month, Timeline, and 3D Carousel Card View. New entries are automatically updated for all users with the proper access, too, so team members stay current.
ScheduFlow Online is free to try for 30 days and costs $7.95 to buy, which includes automatic updates and backups. It works in all versions of Windows from 2000 to 7. This powerful enterprise-class scheduling software can handle just about anything you can throw at it, and we recommend it.

"Reasonable program"
Version: ScheduFlow Online 10
Pros
It has all the basic information fields that a Allied Health Practitioner would need to get a small practice started. It is also very easy to use. You can record 'Fail to Attends' 'Home Visits' or categorize clients/patients relatively easily.
Cons
Very much at the whim of the internet speed. If you have a slow connection, it can become a real dog of a system.
Summary
This is a reasonable program for the money. However there are much better systems that incorporate billing, records and word processing/letter writing functions out there, but of course the cost in considerably more. As a sole practitioner (RN Diabetes Educator) I found Gmail Calendar to do almost as much as this program. I tried ScheduFlow for 2 months, however I think that if you like the ScheduFLow you are probably better getting the one that has the system resident on your computers.
