Version: RoboForm2Go 6.7.9
Pros: I log into approximately 60 web sites on a regular basis, including some highly sensitive and financial accounts. RoboForm2Go allows me to have a different complex password for each site. If someone does break my password for one site, they cannot get into any of the others.
Also, it maintains all my web shortcuts, no matter which PC I'm using, even the public library.
Form filling is a breeze for situations like on-line ordering. I usually maintain 2 identities, one for 'home' and another for 'work' for the appropriate address and phone number entry.
Use a small USB key for just RoboForm2Go. You can easily back up the info on the key (still encrypted), but I like the separation from my data USB's.
Use the 'Safenotes' for things like software keys, combination lock numbers, and other sensitive info you want to have handy.
Sorry, I can't tell you whether I like the form filling, the auto-logon feature, or Safenotes better. The beauty is, I don't have to chose, they're all in this fantastic litte product!
Highly recommended.
Cons: You need to read the online manual one time (about 5 minutes) to get maximum benefit.
Wish the cost was a little less, but it's well worth it.

"more functional than AccountLogin and portability works well."
Pros: I was attracted to this product to replace the somewhat clunky AccountLogin and to accomodate commuting between two computers running Windows XP. I was led to RoboForm2Go by a comment in the AccountLogin User Forum and found it to be just what I want. In addition to the the basic features working as advertised, I also like the visible organization provided by the tree storage format since I have accumulated an amazing number of little accounts from e-shopping. It took me several days to add all of the accounts to Roboform by logging into each one. Since Roboform is working great for me, I am taking advantage of its password generator to make more robust but hard to remember passwords.
Cons: I haven't figured out how to get Roboform to start automatically when I attach the memory stick. I have to open it up in explorer and activate the application.
I haven't imported my Outlook Contacts yet since the Roboform documentation doesn't decribe where that information fits into the Roboform storage organization. I don't know why I would want to import them.

"Excellent product. Makes life easier and secure on the Internet."
Pros: Its' portability from computer to computer makes it a must for a person with multiple desktop and laptop computers. Also, its' auto removal from the host system when finished gives you a really secure feeling.
