Version: ResumeGrabber Pro 5.0
"I liked this enough to buy it"
Pros: The ideas behind it were very closely related to our own philisophy on how to execute IT agency services - to the exent that I deliberately sought a tool of this design out. (And good old CNet is where I found it - not Google!)
It's stable
It does have a UK address processor which works well enough
Cons: How useful it is probably depends on how your agency works in terms of business processes and how intelligent / experienced / senior / IT literate your front line staff are.
You still need a fair degree of personal technique and knowledge to use this as it is essentially a 'light' automation of a very common and boring agency task. I say 'light' because it won't lead you through screens with a hoop through your nose and then serve up the allegedly best resume in a pretty pink bowed parcel. It just eats up the grunt work and still leaves you in charge.
