From RentRight :RentRight is a rental property management tool, now with a comprehensive Work Order tracking system integrated into the software to track service requests. A reminder screen pops up each time you start Windows, and reminds you of all tenants with late rent or expiring leases. It will also remind you of incomplete work orders. Collecting rent is easy: Just pull up the tenant's name, and a running balance and late fee will be calculated for you. Enter the rental payment and print a receipt. Keep detailed records about tenants and even buildings, if you choose to. Form letters are a new addition to RentRight. You can send out all your late notices with a couple clicks of the mouse. You can send mailings to one tenant, all tenants, or to select groups, such as only those with a past due balance. Want to know what letters you have sent to a tenant? RentRight can tell you. RentRight also features free technical support and frequent updates. Software price starts at $79.99.
