Real Estate Calculator is a tool for real estate investors. Its interface allows the user to perform key mortgage calculations on interest rate and monthly payment. It saves the data from previous calculations allowing you to easily perform "what if" scenarios. For example, enter the loan amount, term, monthly payment, then calculate the interest rate. Change the monthly payment, then recalculate the interest rate.
