Readiris Pro 8 is an easy-to-use text recognition software which converts paper documents, PDFs and image files into editable text you can send to your favorite applications. The original format will be perfectly reproduced, including images and graphics; tables will be automatically recognized and coded as table objects.
Once your document is recognized you can save the result in a very large number of output files (RTF, HTML, PDF, TEXT, etc.) or ask Readiris Pro 8 to open automatically the target application of your choice to edit and re-work your document (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, StarOffice,…). Conversion to PDF also extends your archiving and sharing capabilities as well as your ability to easily retrieve and re-use information.
