This small utility is useful for people who need to print a lot of invoices. QuickInvoice's clear-cut interface lets you create and print invoices in several easy steps. Just choose the invoice type, customer info and list of sold items. One of the interface tabs will display the invoice created. To enter data more quickly, you can save information about customers and inventory items. Although you can't arrange invoices, client contacts and inventory items into folders for easier searching, you can adjust field names and tax rates in a snap. Except for its relatively high price, QuickInvoice suits small businesses well.

This software allows you to create professional-looking invoices, quotes, purchase orders and other billing-related documents. The software requires minimal configuration, allowing you to print your first invoice almost immediately after installation. All invoices can be printed, e-mailed or faxed to the customer. Invoices are optimized for double-window envelopes, and all invoices are saved for future reference. Due dates and unpaid amounts can be monitored.
In addition, you can speed up the creation of your invoices by making a list of frequently used customers as well as of inventory items. Simply select an existing customer or item and add it to your invoice without having to retype it. "Major Bugs, NO, NONE, NOTHING in terms of support"

I tested the software, and it appeared to do everything i wanted, unfortunately once I purchased it and tried to enter high value items the calculation went wrong on the invoice, for example 1 x laptop at 900 Euros plus tax at 16% calculated at 1 euro. I sent an email, completed form on web site and sent another email, not one reply, it?s been a week now maybe I am inpatient, but how long should I wait . I feel that I have just thrown money away, I now have to start looking for another program that will do what I want it to, and of course, one that works. My advice is stay away, because even if it works from the outset, you can be sure that if it goes wrong, there will be NO support available

This is my second time downloading this prod;after trying approx; 10 different types of invoices etc; a error comes up on my screen saying error 383,And program will not respond to that invoice....

Easy to use, easy to configure. I tried over a dozen invoicing programs before settling on QuickInvoice. Why? I wanted to be able to print professional looking invoices configured the way I wanted. As a service-based business, I need to be able to bill by the hour, I don't need to track shipments, and I don't require shipping dates. In short, QuickInvoice let me create an invoice best suited for my particular business needs. I was able to easily remove those items I don't use and streamline the finished invoice. I can create a customer, add them to the database, initiate an invoice for them, and apply payments when required. The click of a button can change my invoice into a receipt, and it's a breeze tracking client payments. I've also had clients say they like my invoices, that they're easy to read, are clearly marked as invoices, and looked quite professional. I also tested the output of all the invoicing software I tried on my wife and kids. They all preferred QuickInvoice over any of the other products.
Here's a list of the products that didn't make the cut: Billing Star, Invoicer, Invoice2go, PCInvoice, Snappy Invoice System, Super Invoice, Invoice! Service, Simply Accounting, Client Biller, ABInvoice, and EasyInvoice.
Cons
Only two negative things I can think of, but neither are major problems.
First, every invoice prints with a disclaimer stating it was created using the free version of the program until you purchase it. That one is easy to cure - purchase the program.
Second, if you print your customer database, the results don't include customer addresses. Not a major inconvenience by any means, but it would have been nice had that feature been added.

Keep data as text file with .INI extension. Should have gone with other program that uses database such as Access, DBase or other decent database.

I'm a homeschooling mom and I also do some ebaying. I needed a simply program for billing and this was it!! This is so nice to use and it keeps great records. I can even put in when someone has paid me. Great part: ITS FREE!!

"THE BEST invoice generator out there!"

I had been going through all the invoicing software programs on Download.com, looking for the perfect invoice generator - and I have found it! Simple, but very effective, this excellent program not only lets you create a list of customers (assigning each one a unique customer ID), it also lets you create an inventory/product list. So, invoices can be created with maximum ease. If the truth be told, this is really more than an invoice generator. Just see for yourself! EXACTLY what I was looking for, this beats all other invoicing software on Download.com hands down! If you have any doubts, download it - you can always uninstall it.

"Simple Yet Effective"

Summary
I am a small business operator with only a few customers to keep track of and I wanted a program that will allow me to do reasonably professional looking invoices, purchase orders, etc and to keep tracks of amounts due or payment history. I have tried programs of the simplest form like just using MS Excel templates, but that didn't quite cut it for me. And then I tried some others like Quicken Home and Business 2003 (unintuitive interface, buggy and no support at all unless you wanna pay for it with no guarantee your problem will be solved, and no refund if it isn't) and Simply Accounting. These programs are way too elaborate for me and you nearly have to be a chartered accountant as well as a software programmer to get them set up properly. I was thinking if I see one more invoicing program that is tied to all sorts of ledgers, investment management or online banking I'll scream! But I came across this QuickInvoice program and so far it's exactly what the doctor ordered. You can even email invoices, and it was soooo easy to install, set up and use. The free demo is only limited by a "demo version" banner in the notes section of all generated documents, but for US$50 if it keeps working this great I'll gladly pay for the full standard version.
