Psychiatric Records helps the psychiatrists keep patient records with the medications. You can have multiple records for the same patient with different dates. This can give you an overview of the changes in patient over a period of medication use. It often requires a laborious process to get this information. SoftPsych psychopharmacology software users are familiar with the idea of tracking patient progress using Diagnosis Scores. Now the score change can be easily interpreted by using this software. Some clinics, hospitals and agencies require you to give patients a list of medications. This can now be easily accomplished by a click on the print button. You can also edit results in a MS Word.
