Multi-user MySQL database, transaction processing (commit/rollback), Apache Web Server, runs on Internet through Web browser (can be used by many users at same time from anywhere in the world). Security is controlled by matrix of Positions and Process being executed. Each user is assigned to a position and automatically gets the required permissions. Fully integrated processes --Generate Shipment from sale, invoice from shipment, payment from invoice flexible design allows for different process solutions. Start with a sale, then ship, then invoice, and then receive payment or start with Invoice (no sale, or shipment).

V1.2 Just added a Design tool that allows the user to change all the following without code changes: <
-Field Labels
-Appearance of field on page (Hidden, Display only, Enterable) - specific to mode Add,Update,Detail
-If field should be on new row or multiple fields on same row on the page - specific to mode Add,Update,Detail
-If a lookup to a related table should be included in page information

Version: Premium Business Systems - ERP 1.2

Pros
I use it every year to do my accounting and it reduces my accounting costs by about 30% compared to other companies who get their year end accounting done without a system like this.

What's new in version 1.2

V1.2 Just added a Design tool that allows the user to change all the following without code changes: <
-Field Labels
-Appearance of field on page (Hidden, Display only, Enterable) - specific to mode Add,Update,Detail
-If field should be on new row or multiple fields on same row on the page - specific to mode Add,Update,Detail
-If a lookup to a related table should be included in page information
If a prompt to a related table should exist to pick a valid value from a list
-Prompt page - which fields can be used to search, which fields appear in result set
-List page - which fields can be used to search, which fields appear in result set
-Custom Html can be added to Detail page specific to each field
At this time this tool is only enabled for all Sale and Product Service functions.
It is accessed via List Records, then Record Update process.
