"The only product I could find to sync subfolders in contacts"
Pros: Ahh, I'm finally able to sync the subfolders on my PC with my smartphone. Works pretty smoothly for the most part.
Cons: The tree folder and subfolders on Outlook is not preserved on the smartphone, instead everything is converted to a category. At least it is alphabetical.
Also, everytime you add a new subfolder, say a new facility for example, you have to manually go into the sync utility and add it there as well. There is no option to check the root folder, which would automatically sync all the subfolders, ie new ones. A minor nuisance, but a nuisance just the same. Still, it was the only program I found that could do the job for windows mobile.
Also... I have to manually hit the resolve button everytime I make extensive revisions to my calendar; it doesn't just sync automatically.
Lastly, it doesn't sync notes, which would have been nice, but you can simply cut and paste your important notes into tasks.
