Pros: This is a great collaboration program that allows multiple people to work on a single project across time zones.
Cons: Hard to use if people arent really computer literate.

Pros: If you are looking for a CMS that meets today's accessibility standards (Section 508 and W3C's WAI-AA) as well as valid XHTML and CSS this is the one you have been looking for. I have been using Plone on my production site for over two years, the site get about 25,000 visitors each week.
