Pros
This desktop calendar syncs beautifully with Outlook, and it worked perfectly with syncing back to my Pocket PC no matter where the changes were made (via the desktop calendar, directly in Outlook, or on the PDA). And I like the weather forecast feature, I can know weather in my city at a glance.
Cons
Many tasks will make the task window too big. It is better to add a scroll bar or something like that.

Pros
I liked it that you can set up reminders, it was really easy to figure out. I really like that it it a quick click and write application.
Cons
The program does have a glitch, the graphics mess up, once I lost the whole calender. You cannot easily make reminders or write messages for yourself in the future with out clicking through one month at a time. I wanted to put a little reminder up that my wedding is July next year and I had to click the next month option too many times to get there. I would also like to say that if you allow the end-user to delete info from the search, you should allow him/her to add an entry. Take it back and fix it.
