From Traysoft :PhoneTray is an easy-to-use caller ID software. It shows and speaks the caller's name and number before you answer the phone. PhoneTray logs all your incoming calls and can reject any unwanted call by answering and playing selected message. PhoneTray can automatically zap telemarketers with a special disconnected tone. It can play federal do-not-call warning forcing telemarketers to remove you from their calling lists - by law.

Version: PhoneTray 1.31
Pros: It really tells me who is calling so that I do not have to pick the phone up every time.
Cons: Haven't found anything yet that I do not like.

Pros: Functional, effective, easy set-up - And It Works!
After three days, zapped an annoying caller enough, they didn't call back!

Pros: I called Faye this afternoon, who said she had been unable to get through to me. Apparently, in my haste to prevent a so-called "charity" from pestering me with calls from various numbers within the same area code, I had labeled all calls from (XXX)???-???? as "telemarketers", and "zapped" them. PhoneTray recognized her calls as such, and sent them into the ether. So I can DEFINITELY say PhoneTray is much easier to program, and I can recommend it highly!

Pros: Works super - zaps those pesky telemarketers - easy to use and customize - like the new fieature of looking up a number from within the application window
Cons: none that I know of

Pros: Easy install - easy interface, looks like it could be a good program
Cons: wouldn't work with my modem - used included modem diagnostics, but didn't fix issues - would be helpful if install process included a modem compatability test
Summary: I feel that adding a modem test feature to ensure compatability before installing the software would make this program a little more user-friendly
