Results can be exported to a Word document or the Clipboard. The program can make a note of your favorite music, and you can use the attached tool reader to read any English text.

Forever lost is the time we spent trying to make this time-management software work. Not that Personal Time Manager is a bad program, really--it's just too complicated. The program bills itself as a scheduler and a time manager in one; you can analyze how many tasks you have to complete, and how much time you're spending on each, with the ultimate goal of becoming more efficient. Efficiency was not the first priority with the program's interface, however. It takes too many clicks to get to a screen where you can actually add information, if you can find it at all. One nice feature: the program runs constantly in the background, and can be recalled by clicking its symbol in the icon tray. For what should be a robust calendar program, however, Personal Time Manager is far too complex to be useful.

  Pros: Personal Time Manager Professional is both a time schedule manager and a time sheet manager wrapped in one. It comes into the world to fulfill three tasks: remind of your time schedule, keep track of your time, and analyze your time planed and used. You can use it to improve your productivity, work quality, and overall efficiency.
