I don't think there is any good things about this program unless you want to give your credit card for a piece of crap!
Cons
loose considerable amount of data and support will not help. I have to call a Technician, in town, and he was able to repair my computer. Very deceitful company. I have no idea why CNET didn't remove this.
Summary
It is very dangerous and the website its blocked by both WOT and Malwarebytes! Judging by what I read at their site, the grammar errors and types on the PROGRAM page are enough to tell you it's bad news!

I purchased this to remove Roxio Media Manager on my computer, especially the "windows installer" that starts up each time I turn my computer on.However,when I go to "add or remove programs" roxio is unable to be uninstalled.
Cons
I removed as much Roxio software as I could using Perfect Uninstaller.

I have COMPLETELY eliminated Roxio.

I had a stubborrn piece of software called Roxio VHS to DVD which I replaced with something better and wanted to remove Roxio.The Add/Remove programs of course failed, as did 3 more so-called 'Uninstallers' products, and it was only by chance I came across the Perfect Uninstaller. It found and removed all traces of the Roxio Product which other uninstallers could not even find. I had even tried Safe Mode and had partially removed some components myself, but only the Perfect Uninstaller found all the remaining parts and sucessfully removed them. Prior to that I had a wait of 10 minutes while Windows Installer tried to run every time I booted the machine.
Cons
I think you should step up your advertising, you have a really good piece of software there.

I am not new to computers. This program is not just a rip off. It is dangerous to your computer. Do not even install it without a very good backup. After very happily uninstalling one program I could not use my USB mouse, boot into Safe Mode or open windows in any way. I finally had to restore an Acronis BU from two weeks ago. I have never seen a program so blatantly dangerous. Don't even think you may be the lucky one.
Summary
NOT JUST A BAD PROGRAM. IT WILL DESTROY YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY CAN BE IN BUSINESS.

NONE.....but it will turn your PC into a very effective PAPER WEIGHT.

It turned my screen a pretty shade of blue (BLUE SCREEN) several times on my 6 Mo. old laptop. It deleted .dll files from software I DID NOT tell it to Uninstall. It Killed programs including AVG, IE8, Outlook, bluetooth software, and Firefox.
Summary
Steer clear of this JUNK or you will be Re-Installing your operating system like I had to do.

So I accidentally installed this insane Qupdater -- researched it and I bought the Perfect Uninstaller for $35 --- it uninstalled Qupdate beautifully, went really fast -- for me the $35 was worth it, my tech quy would have charged me way more

none, i'm fine with paying someone for the work they've done on their software, it made my life a lot easier and they should get reimbursement for that, -- that q installer was a nightmare and screwed up my computer bigtime
